Van Halen Balance RARE NM condition
EXTREMELY RARE! and long out of print on vinyl. This is an original US pressing from 1995. There are no Corner Cuts or hole punches and this is NOT a record club issue.
The vinyl has been played once, is NM and has been VPI cleaned with Disc Doctor solution and treated with Gruv Glide so you can hear every last note!
The cover is still in the original factory shrink wrap and grades out at NM with nice sharp corners, no fades, creases, or marks of any kind. The lyric sheet is also clean as a whistle.
All in all this is a pristine set and best of all, you don’t have to pay the same price as a sealed copy.
