Description

You are bidding on a BRAND NEW, STILL SEALED copy of the RARE and Out of Print Original 1st U.S. Pressing Version Vinyl LP of the album "Balance" by Van Halen. This is a rare and out of print Vinyl version released in 1995 on Warner Bros. Records. Makes an excellent addition to any Van Halen or general hard rock vinyl collection. The record is in Mint Condition, and cover is in Near Mint Condition itself, as is still factory sealed! The cover is marked as Near Mint since it has some slight wear to edges or corners from being in a retail environment including some crease-like marks in some spots along edges, but nothing at all major as seen in pictures.
