VTG- 5 The Beatles Capitol & Tollie Picture Sleeves 45 Records Love Me Do & More

I will be listing some old 45's for my brother.  They have been stored standing up & in a climate controlled room.  However, they have not been played since probably the 80's. Back in the day we played & played our records. Bear in mind, some of them are almost 50 years old. We cannot guarantee that there are no issues.  Therefore, they are all sold AS IS.  Please view all photos before making a decision to purchase.  You will receive the following The Beatles 45 RPM records:

1. Can't Buy Me Love & You Can't Do That - Capitol Records #5150.  Tear to side with overall wear.
2. A Hard Day's Night & I Should Have Known Better - Capitol Records #5222.  The side has been taped & overall wear.  Tears to the record label both sides.
3. Help! & I'm Down - Capitol Records #5476. Tear to side of sleeve & overall wear.
4. Yesterday & Act Naturally - Capitol Records #5498.  Tear to side of sleeve & overall wear.
5. Love Me Do & P.S. I Love You - Tollie Records.  Tear to side with overall wear.

Payment should be made thru PayPal within 5 days of auction end. If you are unable to do so, please contact us thru eBay to request additional time to pay.

We ship to the USA only via USPS & only to the address on your eBay/PayPal accounts. Our goal is to ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We usually ship sooner. We are glad to combine items if we can safely do so. We charge a nominal handling fee. This nominal fee helps us to defer expenses & keep the starting price of our auctions low. Please remember we have no control over the high USPS charges.

GOLD & SILVER: When using the term gold or silver we are referring to the color only. Genuine gold or silver will be indicated as such.

VINTAGE:  We will use this term to describe an item that we believe to be or have told is over 20 years old.

ITEM CONDITION: We will always describe items to the best of our ability, knowledge of the item or what we were told at time of purchase. Items are usually vintage or pre-owned unless otherwise specified. Vintage & pre-owned items are rarely in perfect condition. We will point any flaws that we can see or are aware of. We are not perfect and may miss a minor detail. If this happens, please contact us. We have a smoke free home. We are owned by three cats and cannot guarantee that a stray hair or two will not make it to your home.

REFUNDS: All items are sold as is. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We do not refund for buyers regret.

It is unfortunate that we have to haves so many terms and conditions. Most eBayers are honest; however, a few bad apples have made it necessary to cover every scenario. We do sincerely appreciate your interest in our auctions.

My husband worked for many years in a 55 & over community. He brought home boxes and boxes of "stuff" that was either discarded or given to him. I have also been an avid collector for many years. My hobby was searching for "treasures". We have been accused of being "pack rats". We are running out of room and now have the daunting task of emptying our garage that has boxes from floor to ceiling. Our house is also bulging at the seams. We also sell items for friends and family.
