Vincent Price - A. Laszlo The World of the Century Twenty First brown custom SeattleWF Labels SGP 6259 1962 Grade Cover/Vinyl NM+/VG+ 9.4/8.5v7.5p (SEE for a grading explanation) (SEE more of this item via Links below) Rokosz Grading Template HERE Cover: Die-cut cover with heavy plastic is sructurally strong and square. NO STAINS (any _stains_ in the picture are lighting artifacts.) The Upper right corner has a very tiny push, bottom right edge has tiny, tiny ding. There is brown edge foxing on spine and back-side opening Vinyl: STEREO. BLUE WAX. 3 long, very light marks side 1. One very light, long mark and 3 paperscuffs side 2. The vinyl is dished with a subtle wave warp that sounds like it affects play (hear sample below). Side two also has issues (periodic crackle) but I suspect these artfifacts come from the contract manufacture by Capitol and the Blue wax. The Sample below has 3 parts: beginning Side1, Beginning Side2 and middle Side2. Obviously, for both sides, as you get closer to the spindle the play improves dramatically to a NM. But that dish and crackle early keeps the grade down. Labels: near flawless Notes: Super rare item and rarely seen for sale. (or course, this week probably three of them will pop up). Vincent narrates in his inimitable sytle a discourse on the features of the 1962 Seattle Worlds Fair. Manufactured by Capitol and copyright by Guild Publications of California.
