Description

I have up for auction a great Album Set of 5 records (Longer Playing 12" 78s) on the Victor Red Seal Record label. It is Set DM-720 by The Philadelphia Orchestra, Eugene Ormandy-Conductor, with Emanuel Feuermann, Solo 'Cello; also, Alexander Hilsberg-Solo Violin, Samuel Lifschey-Solo Viola. It is "Don Quixote" (Richard Strauss, Op.35). The records proceed from Part 1-Introduction through Finale-The Death of Don Quixote, concluded on the 10 sides. The Set is from new old stock. The records are in excellent to E+ condition-look almost new, no wear and scuffs and scratches are very few, light and surface variety. Surfaces still quite shiny and clean. Cover and inside sleeves also in excellent condition with musical descriptions on inside front; still with original packing materials.
