Pagamento:

Trascorso tale periodo senza aver ricevuto il pagamento o alcuna comunicazione dall’acquirente, oppure il rifiuto da parte sua di effettuare il pagamento, verra' aperta una Controversia per Oggetto Non Pagato e rimesso in vendita l’oggetto, con tutte le conseguenze che cio' comporta per l’acquirente. Dopo aver effettuato il pagamento e' gradita una comunicazione tramite e-mail o messaggio su eBay

Payment:

Spedizione:

La spedizione viene effettuata unicamente secondo le modalita' indicate nell’inserzione e non e' possibile accordarsi diversamente. I costi di spedizione sono comprensivi di imballaggio e servizi di trasporto presso l'ufficio postale. E’ previsto anche il ritiro manuale in città accordandosi preventivamente. La spedizione dell'oggetto avviene entro 2 giorni lavorativi dall'effettiva ricezione del pagamento ed a spedizione avvenuta verrà inviata una e-mail con codice di spedizione per il controllo e la tracciatura del pacco (esclusi i tipi di spedizione non tracciati). I tempi di consegna normalmente sono di tre giorni   lavorativi per il Paccocelere 3 e circa cinque per la Posta Raccomandata, ma potrebbero variare per motivi particolari riguardanti il servizio postale su cui non posso assolutamente influire. Inoltre non mi ritengo responsabile di eventuali danni o smarrimento degli oggetti durante il trasporto.

The delivery time are normally between three or five days depending on the shipment type, but it may change for depending on the postal service, that I absolutely can't causes affect on. I don't consider myself responsible for possible good's damages or loss during the transport.

Restituzione del materiale:

Solo se il materiale acquistato fosse indubbiamente non corrispondente alla descrizione potra' essere restituito previo accordo; in ogni caso tutte le spese di spedizione saranno a carico dell’acquirente. Dopo aver ricevuto e visionato l’oggetto restituito e   non aver riscontrato manomissioni, rotture o mancanza di componenti, il venditore provvederà a restituire la somma spesa dall’acquirente per l’acquisto.

Goods return:
