Description

PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.

CRAZY RARE original Precision Records Labs Limited first (and ONLY) pressing of this modern electro boogie disco funk soul stepper from 1984 with the original hype sticker on the cellophane in the top left hand corner on the front cover pressed privately in a tiny quantity on Redd Holt's own Mae-Monti label from right here in Chicago, which stands to reason as Redd is The Holt Brothers' father!!!  Vinyl is VG++ with one light paper scuff on each side.  Cover is still in the original shrink wrap.  Incredibly hard to find and even harder to find in this condition.  Don't sleep modern boogie funk collectors.  You will not be disappointed.

I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED)  NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++:  VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+:  AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG:  STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR:  FILLER COPY ONLY.  LOTS OF SCRATCHES
