Not much out there about it so I assume it is almost one of a kind
The other one sold for $ 305 back in 2014

According to eBay/Popsike this is 1 of 2 known copies (EDIT EDIT EDIT PLEASE SEE NEW INFO I RECEIVED FROM SOMEONE ON DISCOGS:
"Chicago band, only release. I contacted the group about 10 years ago and bought the remaining copies (only about 5 unfortunately). I haven't seen the record since then"
Clearly there is more than 2 copies but definitely rare!
