Description
I have collected records since I was very young, however Iincreasingly I have realised that I have far too many, and soI have been slowly trying to rationalise my extensive collection over the years, I have sold many major rarities over the years, from major BEATLES and 60s rarities, through PUNK and PROG ROCK, CLASSICAL and BLUES. Basically I've had alot of very rare records and in dribs and drabs have sold them off. I've never had negative feedback, and had many repeat customers.
I will only post completely insured and tracked.
(My computer keyboard is currently faulty, so I'm writing this on my phone, hence descriptions will be shorter than usual!)
Here we have the extremely scarce (and I think significantly rarer than people give credit to!) 1967/68 Solid Centre copy of The Beatles' Help! b/w I'm Down. This is a copy with the centrally embossed KT tax code. These are really very hard to come by. But sadly, as the title highlights, there is a small edge warp (which I've tried to highlight in the photos), possibly rectifyable, it plays fine on my heavier cartridged dansette style player, but jumps a little near the beginning on my audiophile set-up. Hence the price, this is a filler, that's possibly rectifiable with the right patience and technique, of a very rare EMI Solid Centre variation!
Record Condition: I shan't officially grade it due to the warp, that affects the disc differently on different players, and stylus weights, but the surfaces look generally VG/VG+ ish apart from the edge warp. Label Conditions: VG+ lovely all important solid centre labels, crisp and clean, completely free from graffiti, stains, stickers, tears etc. Very nice!
