WOW!  This is THE REAL THING AND EXTREMELY RARE BEAT(T)LES 45 rpm RECORD!!!
This was the first record in the U.S. to bear the Beat(t)les name.  I don't have to tell the history and reputation of this record to you serious collectors out there, but I'll add that, in my opinion, this 56 yr old 45 rpm is in great condition.  Since the posted photos, the record has been thoroughly and gently cleaned on my Vacuum Okki Nokki RCM with L'Art du Son Professional Audio Cleaner (two German powerhouses) and played a couple of times to check for warps, grooves, scratches, skips, poor sound quality or other unacceptable sounds/conditions...I didn't hear a thing.  The label was subjected to noninvasive, minimal attention.  I prefer to leave any further cleaning to a new owner.  Back in the day, I did faintly print my initials (GN) in small letters on the outer, color ring on both sides. The original generic 1963, circular logo Vee Jay VG+ sleeve with the South Michigan Chicago address will be included.  The record will be shipped free and insured.  
I have a very tiny record shop and as the owner, I am in the minority...I am female and considered elderly...in a younger male dominated record business.  I am still "somewhat of a novice" at grading.  However, I am very critical by nature (a German family personality trait) and in determining what I consider to be worthwhile records.  I suspect you will be pleasantly surprised at this 45's degree of quality.  
On a humorous note, my record also has a special provenance...this record was purchased for me when I was 13 yrs old by my (very reluctant) mother.  I kept my record in one of those 1960's indexed, hard cardboard record cases with a top handle. I didn't play it frequently, as my super strict mother, a "stay at home mom," was home entirely too often.  During the school day when I exchanged notes with my friends about the newest Beatle records they'd bought, I would always spell The BeaTTles name just as it was printed on my (one and only) 45 label.  As I kept getting corrected by them, I'd laughingly pretend I made a mistake as I was too embarrassed to tell them I only had one record.  Each time I returned home from school, I'd check the spelling on my 45 label again...I was one very confused 13 yr old girl...!!!  One of my friends finally showed me some of her Beatle records to prove to me that I was spelling their name incorrectly, while at the same time saying that "I needed to throw that (my) record away and get a new one!!!"  Thank goodness I didn't... plus I knew I would not be given a replacement!

There are also additional albums that I will list that are from the personal collection of the Program Director of the memorable U.S.F.'s 1970's "Underground Railroad" Radio Station in Tampa, Florida.  "The Underground Railroad" Radio Station Program was a Florida favorite in the 70's and broadcasted from The University of South Florida,Tampa, Florida.  Most of those LP records have never been played, are rare, highly collectable and the majority are Promo's!  Their unusual, beautifully detailed, colorful and crisp album covers are also a treat!
