Vinyl is NM and Jacket is VG+ This copy is number 4406. Limited to 10,000 numbered copies worldwide and pressed on dark green translucent vinyl. Each copy had a sticker indicating which number release it was, along with the Green Day and Dookie logos. No insert included in this version.
This release also contains the banned sleeve with Ernie (as a puppet on someone's hand) from Sesame Street on the back, this was banned because Sesame Street threatened to sue Green Day, all further sleeves omitted Ernie.
