Description
Very Rare original first pressing of Led Zeppelin ll on vinyl. This is the much sought after Robert Ludwig pressing. His initials are in the dead wax on both sides - see pictures. This record has been professionally cleaned on an Ultrasonic cleaning machine, and sounds very, very good. I grade conservatively, and the only reason I don't grade it as excellent, is because there is some no-fill at the very beginning intro on both sides. Kind of sounds like a "swoosh". As soon as the music starts you don't hear it anymore. The dynamics of this record are incredible! There's a reason it's so in demand. There are two very light scuff marks - one on either side. They don't play in the sound of the record. The outside cover and inner sleeve are both in very good condition, considering they are almost 50 years old. All in all, a great copy of this incredible record!
