Description

The Beatles on Vee-Jay 498, the very rare white label promotional version. "Please Please Me" and "Ask Me Why". The vinyl is in NM/VG++ condition, extremely clean and well preserved. There is a very slight storage bend, (obviously does not affect play) almost imperceptible but worth mentioning. 63-2968 and 63-2967 are the matrix numbers in dead wax. Machine stamped Audio Matrix. This record came from the program director of a black radio station back in the 60's. It was still in original Vee-Jay Abner factory envelope when I acquired this collection. So it has never even been played! Definitely collector quality for serious collectors.
