There are many highly sought after "Golden Age" stereo pressings form Decca SXL, Columbia SAX, HMV ASD, Philips Hi-Fi Stereo, Mercury Living Presence, RCA Living Stereo series, Valois and early mono pressings on Les Discophiles Francais, Ducretet-Thomson, Lumen etc...

All the records are first carefully visually graded in daylight and then play graded.
COVER: VG
Cover is still in good condition for his age.
With no tears but with spots, creases, writings and halo on back.
Seams without splits.
RECORD: Visually there are surface marks, hairlines & micro scuffs here and there.
Side 1 & 2: Surface noise, crackles here & there as often with old french mono pressings.
Some tics but no skips.
So VG to VG+ depending of part.
Generally some music lovers explain that the sound is better using a mono cartridge for these pressings.
But I did not test it myself.

M mint Cover and extra documents like lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. The record is in brand new condition, absolutely perfect.
EX or VG++ excellent The cover and packaging might have slight wear but excellent aspect overall The disc shows signs of having been played (slight marks), but the loss of sound quality is moderate. Breath, some cracklings & few tics can be heard on very sensitive turntables. VG+ very good + Cover shows some hanling imperfection like normal wear, price tag, cut hole,small writings, creasing, DJ or promo copy stamp or cut in the corner... Most common condition for records. The record has been played few times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality: Surface noise and crackles. Occasional tics. VG very good Cover suffers from folding, important writings, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration,… Now the signs of age and handling are starting to show. You can notice some clear wear on the surface, there is noise (pops and crackles) but no skips.
