Blue Star / Comin' Home Baby. 
Sleeve ard Record are in beautiful M- condition.

     The Ventures didn't have many picture sleeves and I've had multiples of all of them EXCEPT this one.  From '66, this was near the end of their Dolton era and the sleeve is so scarce that I believe it was only sent out with the promos.
     Sleeve has very light number written in the corner of the b-side.  Also, near that writing is a small surface scratch which can be felt, but hardly seen.  Otherwise bright, flat and crisp.  And the record didn't get any airplay so it's like new.
