The disc is in very strong VG+ condition with just a few scuffs preventing a better grade. It does have a drill hole. I grade very strictly using the Goldmine standard (NM/VG+/VG/VG-) and will pack very securely to prevent any damage during shipment. The shipping cost will be $3 to the USA, $4 to Canada and Mexico, and $7.00 everywhere else. I will not charge extra for shipping to the USA if you win more than one record. I will charge 25 cents for each additional record to overseas buyers.
