Former Factory star Eric Emerson, pictured in a projected image behind the band in a still on the back cover, sued MGM stating that his image had been used without permission. The record was pulled from distribution and re-released with Emerson's image airbrushed off. This is the first edition of the LP, in EXCELLENT condition overall, with some small ring-wear and corner wear on the cover, but no seam splits. The vinyl looks practically unplayed, with no spindle marks. THE BANANA ON THE COVER HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED! A very nice copy of this LP.
