          TITLE/INFO: Hello - If you have an interest in great conditioned "oldies" of all varieties (in both vinyl and CD formats), please continue to check in on my site as I have many more items to sell yet in addition to what's already on the site -and thank you in advance. This collectible, rare and hard to find, "dirty blues" LP is by several of the biggest and best known early blues artists - Lil Johnson, Jelly Roll Morton, Bessie Smith and others - and is aptly entitled, "Copulation Blues". Personally, as a huge record collector over the past 50-60 years, I can honestly say I have never seen any other copy of this album. To say the 16 songs are suggestive and/or racy would be a huge understatement, but this is what it may have been like back in those early days of "the blues" with these outstanding black artists - and I think the visible song titles from the pictures above surely tell the story of what's on this album. The album was released on the obscure (to me anyway) Stash Records label (ST-101), and both  the vinyl and the jacket are in near mint, like new condition. The backside of this jacket contains a very detailed description of where the song origins came from and what the contents of this album are all about. BTW, all the contributing artist's and the songs they sing are named on both the front and back sides of this LP (so again, please see all 12 pics above).
