VAN MORRISON

Title : Moondance Label : Warner Brothers Catalogue No : K 46040

Matrix : WS 1835 A-1/ B-1 - K46040 A/B Issue : UK 2nd Press

This is the UK 2nd press of 'Moondance' by Van Morrison. This rare press still retains the 1st press WS 1835 A-1/B-1 matrix and is complete with the green label, the original inner sleeve and matt Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve.

The record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl has the most superb bright gloss, with just a few of the lightest marks. The label is completely clean, the green is bold and the text is sharp. There is just the slightest spindle wear and a couple of spider marks. On playing the sound is warm, vibrant and clear. There are a couple of moments of the slightest background noise but these are insignificant it sounds superb.

The matt sleeve is in Very Good condition. The image is sharp and the colours are warm and bright. There is just light corner and edge wear and a couple of small marks. It is very clean and the whole cover still feels very solid. The spine is firm with clear text.
