NOW ON TO A LONG RUN OF ROCK LPs OF VARIOUS STYLES - This is an ORIGINAL 1995 WARNER BROS. RECORDS U.S. LP titled 'Balance' from popular classic rockers Van Halen. It is Warner Bros. Records U.S. catalog number 9 45760-1, with lyric sheet insert included.

Labels have some very small and light brown mildew spots. Condition of cover is VG+ with a few wrinkles, some ring and contact wear, and some general wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, splits, tears, writing, or stickers. Lyric sheet insert has some wrinkles and some wear along the edges. This LP came from a smoking home and has a little musty smell which will gradually disappear. This LP is a rare mid-1990s CD era title that is very hard to find on vinyl - It would be a choice addition to any Van Halen or classic rock record collection!
