You get: VAN HALEN; WOMEN AND CHILDREN FIRST, DIVER DOWN; OU812; 1984.
The vinyl is glossy, a couple of sides may have a couple of small, faint hairlines, sounds great, VG++ average vinyl. The covers have some surface, edge and corner wear, VG+ to VG++. OU812 has some stress marks top left corner (see additional photo).
