   This is a true 1st press with the 'Upside Down' back cover  and  without the 'hype' sticker that was added after "PANAMA, HOT FOR TEACHER and JUMP"  hit the charts. 

This is a sealed COLUMBIA HOUSE RECORD CLUB pressing. Not a cut-out.
 
 Shrink is tight with square corners and a very small "v" tear in the shrink on front, over the child's right eye.
