visual grade: Vg+ (nothing bad or deep) play grade: Vg (check the long audio clips of the actual record on auction) labels: clean ! cover: Vg (check large pictures accurately for all the details), NO tape or writings AND silk-screened (the only cover i know of printed in Nigeria with silk-screen) !
conservative grading
comments: SUBLIME afro soul (what a unique voice !), all songs penned by Uwandile and sung in Xhosa/Zulu, produced by the mighty Themba Metabese of T-Fire fame, The Tie Breaker along with T-Fire "The new testament" & Basa Basa "Together we win" LP are for me the three best afro soul albums EVER (all produced by Themba) ! and rec. in 1979 w/Orlando Julius and Eji Oyewole on reeds, yes ! ORIGINAL RARE very 1st ed (re-issued two times w/totally different cover artwork, not as cool as this one; check the pic where i put front and back together to see the full & kool original painting), first time on eBay and in great condition ! check tie breaker, apartheid in my life, and this things (that bass !), where it all began, forever this time. a timeless album. comes with a rare pic of Eji Oyewole too !
