DESCRIPTION: Uriah Heep LP- Demons and Wizards . In gatefold cover and inner sleeve. Early UK pressing matrices ending A1U/B1U . LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Bronze ILPS9193 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1973 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): EX/EX Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and some light wispy hirlines. Played passages of this today on my Ariston RD80 Transcription Deck. Sits perfectly flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. Clear and loud with good seperation. Cover is looking excellent with nice shape and firmness and with minimal edgewear, cornerwear and creasing. Slight touch of ringwear to rear. Delicate blue lyric inner is in relatively good condition which means its very lightly creased and 2 very subtle 1-2" splits to 2 sides.These have had fine cellotape repairts at some point but any tape has now been removed and the vinyl has been kept in a seperate poly lined inner in recent years. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES (INCLUDING SIGNIFICANT INNERS) PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
