You've been asking & we hear you & are reissuing Unsane's 1995 album, Scattered, Smothered & Covered.

The record starts off with Scrape. The video became a hit on MTV & placed in heavy rotation back in the day. If you've never seen it, look it up but the basics are that it's lo-fi video of the band performing the song intercut with camcorder footage of guys completely eating shit while attempting skateboard stunts. Alleged also had a resurgence back in 2008 when it was used in the award-winning documentary, Beautiful Losers.

HAZE XXL kept the murdery vibe of the original album art & stripped it down to the basics of the aftermath. Sleeves are 5-colors of ink & are again silkscreened by our go-to printer, Boxymouse. There's 3 different cover/vinyl variants in this set, so let's break it all down...

Blood Splatter Edition: Sleeve is 5 colors, 3 of them in eye-scorchingly bright Day-Glo yellow, orange & red ink.Vinyl is semi-translucent red with black & scarlet orange splatters throughout. Limited to 100 copies.

Blood & Brains Splatter Edition: Sleeve on this variant is in the pale yellow, pale orange with a dried blood dark red that matches the cover art of our cheapie CD. Vinyl is a 50/50 split down the middle of opaque gray & semi-translucent red with heavy black splatters throughout. Limited to 200 copies.

Blood & Brains Coagulated Edition: Cover art with silkscreen with a medium red & 2-tones of gray ink. Vinyl is a hazy mix or opaque gray & semi-translucent red. Limited to 185 copies.


Sleeves are hand-stamped on the back with the edition number & all match in the set. Catalog # is AMREP 039. Here's the track listings...
