SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping:
Every item is packaged carefully and shipped via USPS (US Post Office) Priority Mail® with delivery confirmation. An email will be sent to you from PayPal® with the package tracking number when the item is shipped.
All winning bids are processed Monday through Friday and items are shipped out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I do not ship out on weekends or major holidays. Additionally, please allow 1-2 business days for item processing.
I add a $1.00 handling fee on all items, which includes my cost of materials and labor.
Priority Mail® averages delivery in 2-3 business days to most locations in the United States. However, this is an estimated period given by the USPS and is not guaranteed.
If you require a faster shipping method, I can ship via Express Mail®, if applicable. Your item will be delivered as soon as next day, guaranteed.
I do not allow local pick-ups.
Postal Insurance:
You may wish to purchase shipping insurance to protect your item during transit.
I will package and ship your item with care. If damage should occur, all damage claims will be processed through the USPS.
Please note: I will not grant a refund for any item that is damaged during transit, if the item has not been insured. I strongly urge you to spend a little extra for the shipping insurance. The USPS will not take responsibility for anything damaged, rifled through, or missing in transit unless it has been insured.
International Shipping:
I will ship to international buyers and items are shipped via International Priority Mail®, which generally takes 6-10 days. Please be sure prior to bidding that this item is allowable for import and in accordance with your local customs regulations.
If you require a faster shipping method, I can ship via Express Mail International®, which can be delivered in 3-5 days.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Payment Methods Accepted:
I accept payment through the PayPal® merchant (either through your account, eCheck or by credit card).
I will, under certain circumstances, accept money orders. Before you pay this way, there are several things to take into account or be aware of. Money orders make for slower trades, since it can take days for your payment to arrive and many sellers wait for clearance before shipping. When a money order is lost, it is like losing cash—you have no recourse. Money orders offer the buyer no additional protection or warranty. Please email me for details prior to placing a bid if you prefer to pay with a money order.
I do not accept personal checks.
International buyers must pay in US funds.
WINNING BIDDERS
eBay® will send you an invoice when you win the item. If you do not receive an email from eBay® within 24 hours of winning the auction, your email spam settings may be blocking the message from getting through.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you pay for your item. I print my shipping labels using the shipping address in your PayPal® profile. If your address is inaccurate, it may delay shipping, or prevent your item from arriving at all.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Please ask all and any questions you may have regarding this item prior to bidding.
- I will not cancel any bid. You must retract your own bid. It is important to remember that when you bid on or buy an item you are agreeing to a contract.
- I will leave feedback for you after shipping your item. Once you have received the item, please leave feedback for me as well, based on your experience.
- I will ensure that I have taken all precautions to make your purchase go as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. If you are unhappy with the item once you receive it, please email me right away. I may be able to provide you with a solution.
- Because all communication occurs in email, please be sure your email address is accurate and correct in your eBay® and PayPal® profiles. This insures that I can contact you with information if you are the winning bidder in an auction.
Payment must be made within 5 days of auction closing. Payments not made within 5 days will be sent an “eBay® Unpaid Item Reminder”. If the situation is not resolved within 5 days of this reminder, you may receive an Unpaid Item Strike under eBay®'s Unpaid Item Policy.
