Description
**PLEASE** READ! Condition of items and any caveats are at the top or bottom of every item description (see below). MINT means played once. Sealed means sealed - not played at all. VG cond. might be mint, but I reserve that for items I have just opened, so it ranges from excellent to very good cond. If there are any blemishes, they are slight and inconsequential. Also, please note that all payment options and most postage costs are listed below. My snailmail is listed below in the "Payment Instructions" at the hottom of this page (PLEASE read before bidding!!!!)and*should* be at the bottom of paypal automailers AND available via the ebay "checkout" section as well if you need it. Thanks. Now, for your description:
NOTE: USPS postal rates have increased Jan.8th, 2006. Please see changes below (sorry!) REVISED 3/20/06.
Excellent condition, rare beyond belief - Somewhere In Detroit v.1. OOP S.I.D. Classic Underground Resistance. As Detroit as it gets. I'm not young, but I really do need the money :-)

Just picked this up from a guy in the D who says there are 200 copies in existance. Cost me an absolute fortune but was worth every penny. Electro at its best for me.
Please note: I have no problem holding wins for combined shipping, but I must impose a limit of one week unless you pay for your wins as you accrue them. This is not because I will not extend trust, but rather because I cannot afford to wait on payment when so many bidders are doing this, sometimes for weeks and months. I apologize for any inconveniences, but I am forced to make this adjustment to my policies or else cease selling on eBay altogether.
SHIPPING: please note the difference between shipping costs for CDs, LPs & DVDs. Insurance is optional but recommended; I cannot control the mails and am not responsible for them. U.S. Rates are 1.35 for up to $50, 2.30 for $50-$100 for U.S. destinations. For non-US insurance rates and specialty mailings (insurance, registration, etc.), see the International Postage Calculator link below.
CDs:. (rates below apply to NORMAL CDs; multi-disc sets, boxes, odd and extra heavy packages will be extra. When in doubt, email before bidding, please)
US 1st class- 1 CD= 1.60, 2=2.35, 3=3.45. In most cases, more than 3 CDs will default to priority mail due to weight.
Priority- 1-3 Items = 4.05. Up to 6 CDs can be mailed bubblewrapped in a flat rate envelope for 4.05. Large boxed orders can be mailed in flat rate boxes for 8.10. Non-flat rate boxed depends on weight and zip code, use postage calculator link below or email me for rates.
INTERNATIONAL
Airmail: Canada/Mexico- 1 CD= 1.70, 2= 2.50, 3=3.50
OTHER COUNTRIES- 1 CD= 4.50, 2=7.00, 3=8.25
--------------
Global Priority: Small, flat rate mailer = 5.25 (1-2 CDs). Large, flat rate mailer = 9.50 (6 or more CDs). At your request, I can remove some of the jewel cases and pack CDs + art inside the other cases, bubblewrapped - this will save you a bundle on shipping. Not all countries accept GP mailing, so check the link below to see if your country is eligible. The link below will also supply costs and any possibility for international specialty mailing (registration, insurance, etc.)
LPs (rates below apply to NORMAL, single LPs, 12"s; extra heavy, odd packages will be extra)
US- Media Mail:w/confirmation to any destination for one record is 2.70. Adding records is relatively cheap, but media mail is slow and can take 10 days (even 2 weeks to the west coast from here). Email for multiple record package rates.
PRIORITY: Rates will vary according to weight and zip code, but will be between 4.05 and 6.05 for the 1st record. Use the link below (and weights section) or email me for multiple record rates.

(note: my zipcode is 48390 - you'll need that to calculate boxed priority rates AND all priority LP shipping).
WEIGHTS: figure about 3.5 oz. for an average CD in jewel case, 4.5 for a double CD. Post office rounds up if weights go over .5 oz. 1 cd with art (sans jewel) is about 1 oz. Digipaks with spine are about 2.5 oz. I will not normally ship in loose cardboard sleeves (for the CD's protection) unless you request it. I pack these into slimlines for safety, so weights are about what a normal CD jewel would be. Padded 6x9 envelopes (can hold 1-3 CDs - 3 is pushing it) weigh about 1 oz., a box w/packing which can hold 4-5 CDs is about 5 oz. LP weights vary widely according to packaging and vinyl thickness - email me for specifics about particular items. The LP mailers I use with flat + bubblewrap packing tend to be about 10 oz (this mailer is good for 1-5 records usually). Large or unusually packaged records/orders will require a different box and a different weight.

I try very hard to do this properly and would expect the chance to show it. I encourage you to check my feedback .If it's something I did wrong, I will fix it . I don't jump the gun with negative feedback and I would appreciate the same consideration. If you have questions about an item/payment/shipping expectations which are not answered on this page (please look first), email me BEFORE bidding (as ebay reminds you to do). I will reply as soon as possible, but please understand that I work full time and I am a full time graduate student, so sometimes it takes me a minute to get back to you. If you bid, I expect that you know what you're bidding on and the conditions entailed in winning. If you win, I expect you to follow through. I am not a "store". I use ebay to support my music "habit" and rarely make money (if I do, it's offset by what I have spent) with it, so I don't have any surplus funds or time to spend dealing with deadbeats. If I ban you, you deserved it!
Please see my "about me" page for more info on my methodical madness. Here it is : What drives this aging maniac to do this odd thing which takes so much time from his already idiotic schedule and turns his wife to pondering? Thanks for actually reading this and happy hunting!!>price rating
