Starting out their recording career as The Gods, URIAH HEEP became progressive rock stalwarts through the early 1970s. A short period on Vertigo Records soon changed to Bronze, where the band had way more success and sales! The Roger Dean covers garnered them more attention too, aligning them somewhat with other progressive groups like Budgie and Yes.
This predates that, but is no less enigmatic!
CONDITION;
The UK pressing vinyl is a reasonable copy and plays well, grading VG+ overall. There's a non feel able line on side 1, and a graze on side 2 for about 12mm at the end of the title track. This may sound, hence the lower grading.
Not a top copy, but playing OK and very worthwhile.
Labels are in clean VG++ condition, bright with no pen, stickers or tears.
The GATEFOLD COVER is VG-, strong solid card, but unnecessarily taped at the edge seams. Signs of sticker removal (see pics)
