I've just had another look at this vinyl and noticed that on the corner edge of the inner lyric sleeve that someone has written in blue ink in small writing ILPS 9193 (this is the matrix number for the vinyl) which hardly notices. There's also some ringware to the inner sleeve due to storage.
The Inner part of the gatefold sleeve also has some slight marking again which hardly notices
