Roll up, roll up all ye Beatles fans....Ready to be re-released by Disney in the near future as a 3D remake, it's The Beatles' YELLOW SUBMARINE....
This was The Beatles' eleventh official album release and interestingly enough, the first album of theirs to included non-Beatles material. Released, after a delay, in mid January the album made it up the UK charts to the 3rd position....With The Beatles' 'White' album denying it the top slot.
There were only modest sales-in comparison with other Beatles releases-as the sales were around 800,000 within the first three months, but it did go over1 million sales by the end of the year. This could have had something to do with the album having only four original tracks and the rest was George Martin's film score.

So, here's the details of this album up for auction:

VG+. There are just a few very faint  marks. I have just played her all the way through and found there to be only light and very occasional background noise.
I noticed a tiny, TINY skip, right at the start of track 1, side 1...only misses part of the very 1st word spoken! Nothing to worry about at all.
Due to the vacuum clean, side 2's instumentals shine out in their glory.

Lables: EX-  If you'd like to have a lovely example of this Swedish label...Here it is! Lovely and bright and with only light spindle marks, visible when angled to bright light.
DEEP GREEN APPLE

Cover: VG-. It is an original DUTCH cover! With the SAME catalogue number printed in the top right corner on the back....??!!
 It doesn't have the red lines to the back-above and below the text.
States "Manufactured by N.V. Bovema - Holland"
The spine is lovely and strong.
 There's been some lifting to the top, as can be seen in the detailed images provided. As well as some light knocking and rubbing to the corners.

Inner: EX. It is the original white die-cut inner with no markings to it.
It has the classic "Important Notice" EMI box but also carries the text "Home Taping Is Killing Music"
