Jackson Browne - Running on Empty LP

Rarely played album (no more than 10 - 12 plays), hence I am sell it to invest into more vinyl.

Played on a quality turntable/cart and it sounds great!

Not 100% sure what all the terms mean when rating the condition of albums but I would say the disk in near mint,

cover near mint (very small amount of edge wear, inner cover is mint.
