YES THIS IS A COMPILATION, BUT NOT OF GREATEST HITS, AS ANY OF THE TRACKS GOT ANYWHERE NEAR THE TOP 40. 

TRACKS THAT WERE RECORDED IN BETWEEN 1965-67 BY KNOWN OR VERY OBSCURE BANDS. 

A NOTE ON THE COVER SAYS: "DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF CERTAIN ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDINGS, SLIGHT SURFACE NOISE MAY BE EVIDENT ON SOME TRACKS"

COVER CONDITION: THE COVER HAD AN ENCOUNTER WITH SOME LIQUID IN THE PAST. IT HAS A STAIN, ALONG THE OPENING EDGE ON BACK COVER, AND IS SLIGHTLY "WAVED"
