U2 - The Joshua Tree Promotional Record thus:



The Joshua Tree Sampler Number 3 1987 release - Ultra Rare Promotional 7" (Songs) Vinyl Single


Always conservative with gradings - the record is mint / and unused - has had no play and has been in my personal collection for some time and remains un-played.


The only copy of this I have seen in over 7 years of collecting....a great piece in brilliant condition and ultra rare to find.


Currently thinning out my ever-increasing collection - a very reluctant sale indeed.


Please note these records were produced / issued in very limited numbers to select record companies and promoters in presenting the album - The Joshua Tree to the world in March 1987. 


There are a further 4 pieces to the 7" collection, some harder to find than others whilst few were also mis-pressed and some presented in a box.


For provenance of this particular copy came from the director of music for BBC Radio during the mid to late 80's and has never been played.



This album needs no discussion as it propelled the band to mega-status playing Arenas to great numbers of people throughout their tours that followed.

I have recently acquired all 5 singles as a set so this is now being moved on to someone who can appreciate / own it for themselves....


Very slight bend on top left front of sleeve but nothing at all considering what this is and how old it has now become.


A great collectible for any fan or general buyer of great and collectible vinyl - a lovely piece of musical history!
