Vinyl , VG, well played. 
Sleeve , EX. See pics. This is an original pre print Sleeve that was given out to Radio One in Zimbabwe. The DJ's name was Admire Taderera.
Zimbabwean sleeves are extremely crude having been made from recycled board. As such they are prone to wear and were often badly cut. 
I will combine multiple purchases of up to 2 albums.
