Back in 1991 when Achtung Baby was released I bought the CD at "Media Market" only to find out a few days later that there will be a strictly limited edition box-set on sale exclusively at "LIBRO Diskont"-stores. As I was still in love with vinyl (still am by the way) I decided to buy a copy. So I took my girlfriend and we went to the LIBRO located at the Kaerntner Strasse (1st district of Vienna) and finally I took 2 copies.
The 1st one got opened on the same day and honestly I played the vinyl to death.
The 2nd one (on sale here) was stored for nearly two decades in it's original plastic-wrap all around and looks like the same as on the day I bought it.
MINT isn't a word for this item.
About 8 or 9 years ago I decided to sell the opened and played one only to find out that there's plenty of interest in.
I won't tell you how much money I got but it REALLY took me by surprise and finally my family ate again ;-)
Anyway, I'm not an U2-expert but there are signs that this item might be the Holy Grail of U2-collecting or - in worst case - comes pretty close to it.
Please feel free to ask any details, ask for further pictures or whatever.
Again, this item is in MINT condition - you'll probably never get a chance again to get it in this condition!
