Description

 Hello fellow record collectors,

I'm selling off most of my record collection and I'll be listing all my metal, stoner and doom stuff first, some alternative, and then all my classic rock of various sorts, so keep an eye on my listings if you're interested. Here is an excellent copy of the Type O Negative double LP Dead Again pressed on green vinyl. The vinyl looks close to mint, maybe one or two very faint hairline marks - I will rate the vinyl at M-. The cover is pretty much mint and the inner picture sleeves have some tearing along the bottom edge from the weight of the records. Here is the all music guide review:

Review by Greg Prato

Before Type O Negative, there was really no such thing as goth metal. And the group that hails from the bowels of Brooklyn (not Transylvania, as some assume) is still at it, on their sixth studio album overall -- and first for the SPV label -- 2007's Dead Again. Unbelievably heavy sludge riffs are still a main ingredient, as well as singer Pete Steele's ongoing "Kill me, I'm in agony" lyrics, and vocals that sometimes sound quite Bela Lugosi-esque. The album-opening title track may very well be the most melodic song the band has ever recorded, but the Type O we all know and love is lurking right around the bend, especially on such tracks as "The Profits of Doom" (the album's original working title), "She Burned Me Down," and "An Ode to Locksmiths," the latter of which contains a guitar riff so Tony Iommi-esque that it sounds straight off of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. With Dead Again, Type O Negative delivers another album of dark tales and even darker riffs, and will reassure morose metalheads that they can still count on Steele to spread the misery.

I will package this in a sturdy cardboard record mailer. I will ship Regular Parcel Post through Canada Post. Shipping will cost $13.00 to Manitoba and east and $11.00 to Saskatchewan and west and $15.00 to all of the US. This will include $100 of insurance. International buyers should ask me the shipping cost on an individual basis and I will find out the cost. You should probably get insurance too. Let me know how you want it mailed and if you want insurance and I will find out the cost.

Feel free to email me with any questions and good luck.
Cheers,
Ryan
