Labels are yellow with blue writing
The front of the cover has a picture of a young cowboy and young Indian princess on horses
The back of the cover has a black and white picture of a cowboy and a girl with their thoughts. Also has titles of the songs

- Cover: VG+VG+ (Some wear along the edges and corners with some tape on the top and bottom edges. There is a small purple label on the front at the top right corner. Bit of discoloring on the back along the edges)
- Record: VG+VG (Side 1 has faint surface noise, Side 2 has a few pops on 1st track, otherwise faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have scribbling which can be seen under a light)
