This record appears to have never been played.  The sleeve also is in near mint condition (honestly can't find anything wrong with it at all).

Recorded in December 1988 
Second pressing with grey/silver labels. 
Folded insert with lyrics on one side and a dark live band picture on the other. 
Insert is smaller than the one included with the first pressing. 

Pressing info: 

#1 - 10 test pressings on black vinyl. 1000 on black vinyl with 2 large poster inserts. 
#2 - 800 on black (this copy), 200 on red with smaller lyric sheet. 
#3 - Between 400-900 on black vinyl, 100 on gold vinyl. Insert with a live photo (different from #2 insert). 
#4 - Between 300 and 500 on black vinyl.
