conc. this album: Tudor Lodge: One of the most venerated progressive 'freak folk' albums of all time, released in 1971 on Vertigo. striking gimmex-artwork , great folk-prog-stuff- -- delicate and rather extravagant, and very original for the time period, characterized by complex arrangements featuring acoustic instruments with an excellent use of flute, acoustic guitars and impeccable vocals. Tudor Lodge were very well known at the time, thanks to their numerous live appearances, in particular at the Cambridge Folk Festival in 1971. cover vg+ ,paper shows some irragularities, some edge wear on the top, bottom and spine , inner foldout-cover is much more beuttiful up to ex +, Splendid main sleeve, beautiful art-work, , still nice, record plays ex+ and better !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, very, very hard to find and very hard to find in this condition , in a much more worn condition it was sold yet for 250 pounds, so dont miss this !!! 1. so many questions to this item, so i will give a more detailed description of the cover: only the front cover has some surface irregularities:: a bend on the corner right above, a bend in the edge of the bottom and soft abrasions at the edges and corners--- no splits, no handwriting , nothing serious-- i think a vg+ is a fair grading, the back-cover(when its not fold out) has one spot and soft abrasions at the edges, where the colour is more yellow/brown the usually white and soft abrasions at the, the inner parts of the cover are still beautiful, only a few irregularities, -- a very small spot where you see the white of the background gets a little bit yellow, just a little bit dirtyness here and there-- all in all still in a beautiful, original shape, no splits ,nothing broken, nothing cutted, no handritingwhen its fold out--- what you cant see at the first view is that it must have been pinned one time at a wall, you have this very tiny, little needle holes, which cant be seen the first time--- anyway you have an impression now, use the foto once again and bid with confidence, i will answer further questions up to wednesday morning

concerning all the other question to this record: 1. yes, its a u.k. pressing 2. the vinyl is clear, nearly no surfacemarks, even no hairlines, so it plays a strong ex+ ( i dont use ex+++ or ex++++), no surface noise, might be you hear some noise for a very short time, its in a great condition so far

On 21-Jun-05 at 22:19:47 BST, seller added the following information:

okay, the other questions:1. yes it has a second number on the label, which is 6360043-2 ---------------2. yes the label has no "Gema"- sign, no german description but wno the made in uk, its written in english, therefore i think its the english issue -----------------3.yes it has the carton which is not laminated, the logo on the frontcover has no number----------4. yes, in the description of the frontcover "abrasion" means beginning ringwear too but just beginning ringwaer--- so far, i can anwer further questions up to 12-13.00 tomorrow, good luck
