Description
Original 1962 mono pressing of Tubby Hayes "Down in the Village" on British Fontana 680 998TL. The record surface is bright and shiny, and appear to have been played two or three times, at most; however, there is a single mark at the beginning of Side 1, Track 2, that is audible for about a minute. The laminated cover is bright and clean, front and back; there appears to have been protective tape on the seams, which has either come off by itself or been carefully removed, leaving a tape stain on the back and some lamination rippling around the front and back borders; some lamination flaking along the bottom seam; 3" opening at the center of the top seam.
Personnel includes Jimmy Deuchar, Gordon Beck and Allan Ganley.
