We are back, we have had our international listing ban lifted :-)
But we need to be careful and still have a long way to go before full freedom is restored. We can't afford any bad marks...
Please be sure to get in touch with us first, if for any reason your purchase is not entirely satisfactory. It is very important for us to provide the best possible service to maintain our international trading. Note that we are a busy shop during the day so can usually only answer queries in the evening.
We want you to pay special attention to the star system ratings. What they don't tell you is anything less than 5 stars in any category is a 'bad' mark because sellers are expected to maintain a better than 4.5 star rating in all categories. PAYMENT:
Payment is by Paypal only! (eBay users without Paypal cannot bid on our items).

Refunds:
We refund only where we have made a mistake in the listing such as: Wrong item, item not as described, etc. We do not automatically refund for accidental damage or loss in transit.

We can only leave positive feedback or none but we think good buyers should receive good feedback.
