MY CUSTOMER POLICY
I FERVENTLY Believe that CUSTOMER SATIFACTION is of PRIME IMPORTANCE , so if on receipt of your item, you are in anyway dissatisfied DO PLEASE CONTACT ME - I will always try to sort out any Genuine Problems.
+ Please remember that by NOT communicating and just leaving Negative or Neutral Feedback - Everybody Loses - when a quick email can usually sort out the issues to mutual satisfaction!!
+ After all nobody is perfect and we all make the odd mistake!
And of course the couriers are far from perfect.
I've already had to sort out the Post Office for
+ Ignoring their own Post Code and delivering to totally the wrong address.
+ Then there was the time they read the back of the parcel and posted it back to me!!!! Ignoring the fact there was "TO" next to the address on the front and "FROM" next to my details.
+ Great fun was enjoyed by all when they took 7 days to deliver a First Class package 45 miles………. .
POSTAGE & PACKING
Obviously personal collection is by far the safest and cheapest option, however I will post anywhere, at your risk. The P&P rate I quote is the cheapest, using recycled materials (doing my bit for the planet, and your pocket) But the choice to insure or not is up to you. So ………
I do aim to pack Very Well but on rare occasions the carrier may damage an item - or indeed lose it - so if your item is very delicate or of high value it may be worth considering extra insurance as I cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of the carrier!
This means if the item is not insured then we will not be able to claim compensation for it from the carriers should the item be lost or damaged.
