Description
This is an open, square, 7 3/4 inch, vinyl, promo picture disc. The band is Toto and the disc is "Hydra", which is side one and their hit, "99", on side two. It was given to me by a friend in 1979 who was a disc jockey at a local radio station. It has been played one time and then put away. There is some obvious wear on the sleeve and the sticker was also torn in half when opened (please see all pictures listed above). The disc itself shows no damage (scratches, gouges or wear) whatsoever. Extensive research, on my part, confirms that only 100 of these were made in the U.S., making it a very rare disc. Despite the damage to the sleeve/sticker, since the actual disc is intact and the fact that such a small number of these were made in the U.S., I would think this disc would still be a great "find" for any collector!
