Description
Tony Williams (with Sam Rivers, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Gary Peacock) SPRING. Blue Note 84216: DISCREPANCY between jacket and label. Disc is stereo Ear and ‘VAN GELDER” pressing. Jacket is for original laminated Mono release. Jacket has been thoroughly covered in home-made laminting tape: perfect on front; many layers of clean overlap on reverse, also 1st owner’s name in ballpoint and a customs stamp. Hard to grade: let’s call it VG+ relative to the original state. Disc plays E+/E: has been played, and there’s a regular chatter, but at very low level.
Fourteenth offering from the vast, very special collection of an international avant-garde LP maven, to be offered across the coming year. Most of these items have had one owner and one play, have not left the original house of the collector since purchase. You'll find that they're so clean that there's not much to say about them--but of course descriptions are thorough, accurate and guaranteed. Bid with confidence. Shipping at cost, as usual.
Please note: International shipping will be via DHL Parcel Standard service: This service is not fast, but it is inexpensive and very trustworthy. We ship DHL once or twice a week, so there can be a small lag depending on when you make payment. We can also provide tracking numbers but DHL service does not activate the tracking data until the parcel reaches the country it is being mailed to. Thanks for bidding if you are willing to accept these conditions.
