We do our best to post items a few days after payment has been received. However, on occasions items might not be sent until the Saturday after. Proof of posting is always obtained so if an item goes AWOL a claim can be made up to the value of £34. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post, the winning bidder will be refunded once compensation has been received from Royal Mail. We therefore advise additional insurance if the items value is greater than £34. We accept no responsibility for items that have been lost or damaged in the post but will do our utmost to help.
