Original White Label Promo of Tom Waits, Small Change. This LP was released in 1976 on Asylum Records, 7E-1078. It is still in the original shrink wrap, the record has been opened, and the cover overall is in Very Good Plus to Excellent condition. It has some light corner/edge wear. The record is in Very Good Plus condition. It has some light surface marks that cause a light amount of surface noise.
