original Bennett House pressing very scarce private nor cal release!

ok guys.. I've been procrastinating on listing this bad boy for a while because its so special and I hate to let it go. private LP out of grass valley / Nevada City. hard to classify this LP but I guess I'd call it soft rock/modern soul crossover material similar to Steely Dan.  a very sought after LP that few people know about.  comes with original lyrics insert.  do not miss this guy!

CONDITION:
LP is EX nice sheen, clean labels, the things that look like scratches in my crumby photo are cat hairs (seriously).  they won't be there when you get it.
cover is VG due to ring wear, corner wear. no splits, stains, stickers, writing.

GRADING:
M  a factory sealed record, or in rare cases an LP which was sealed and opened by our staff to check for any problems but is still unplayed and as perfect as LPs get.

NM close to mint possibly small cosmetic issue such as inaudible surface paper scuff from sleeve. will play flawlessly. usually unplayed or played a few careful times by a single careful owner.
 
EX very clean record that has been well taken care of. minor flaw preventing NM grade will be described in detail. will still look near new with factory sheen.

VG+ still an enjoyable sounding record but will have minor wear and some lightly audible surface noise. well cared for and no skips, loud pops, or noise that overtakes the music.

VG a filler copy, still plays through decently but possibly a loud pop or two and definitely with some surface noise. this grade and lower are rarely used. we will only list items this grade if it is rare or in some cases if it is a rare picture sleeve and the record is of secondary importance. 

G will play through but it won't be pretty.

P hey, at least you have an original copy! don't drop the needle on it though.

INSURANCE:
higher dollar items (generally anything over $50) will be insured by us, paid for by us. if you specifically want something insured just ask. in most cases we will insure your item at no additional cost.

PACKAGING:
we have been selling and buying records online for years.  all LPs are removed from their covers to prevent splits and further wear and are carefully and securely packaged with additional stiffeners and bubble wrap as necessary.  we promptly ship out all items once payment is received.  please refer to our feedback to see our satisfied customers. if you have a specific request for packaging or customs declaration info please message us and we will gladly take care of it.
