This is a rare and vintage Todd Rundgren album, "Something / Anything," released in 1972 on the BEARSVILLE label. The LP is in excellent shape, with a black vinyl material and a 12" record size. The cardboard sleeve case type and 33 RPM speed add to the overall listening experience.
