DESCRIPTION:  Toad- Tomorrow Blue LP.  Swiss 1st pressing with fully laminated gatefold sleeve and thick card insert.  This is a great record, not the prettiest copy but the music is top notch. More interesting Progressive/ Kraut/ Kosmische coming soon. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER:  Hallelujah X626. YEAR OF RELEASE: 1972. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: Switzerland :  CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G/G+. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and a lot of hairlines, brushing lines and some thin scratches, a couple are just about feelable. Basically the disc looks like it has been heavily played, not looked after and not kept in an inner sleeve. Played all of this a couple of times over the last week on my budget deck. Sits flat on turntable. It plays much, much better than it looks. Both sides generally plays VG and better. Music is loud and prominent but there are still clicks and ticks from time to time, sometimes repetitive. The final track on side 1 "Blind Chapmans Tales" has some ticks throughout.  It plays through without jumps, skips or sticks. Cover is in just about acceptable shape. Like many copies of this it has a significant amount of laminate lift and peel (hence low grade).  It has moderate edge wear, moderate corner wear and moderate creasing.  Insert is in nice clean condition. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE.
