Selling-up my extensive record collection. Lots of interesting records in the collection - do have a look at my other items, and there are new listings every week. I may have obscure things that you didn't even know you wanted!
This record is the UK first issue of the fine first Tin Machine album. As a lover of guitar heroes, I was very pleased to encounter Reeves Gabrels on this, and some very good tunes performed in a lively fashion.
Pictures are my own photos of the items for sale. Photos are part of the description, have a good look. 
Cover - is excellent - have you ever seen undertakers waiting for the church service to end? Inner (see picture 3) is in very good condition, but a split just starting at the middle of the bottom edge.
Record - has a bunch of small flaws, but plays well. Visual inspection first, then a play test.  Side one - has three big flat impacts - bruises, you might say - two on track 1, one on tracks 3 and 4. There's a fingernail mark and an impact on track 5, and on track 6, a small stylus impact, and another impact. There's a light scratch starting halfway through track 1 and crossing track 2. There's a group of marks / tiny impacts at the start of the side, and a tiny impact on track 3. Side two - there's a tiny mark / impact on track 4, and a little group of tiny impacts at the end of track 2. Again, a group of marks at the start of the side. One short, and another very short, scratch on track 5. Play test - I didn't remember this giving me any grief when playing it, long ago, so I have play-tested side one - good and loud, on my posh hi-fi. And very enjoyable, it was, ending with the magnificent "Under The God". Excellent original sound, and no audible effect from most of the little flaws mentioned above. I heard some clicks in a quiet moment on track one, and a few in a quiet moment before the track gets going, and one more light click later on, and that was all. I enjoyed play-testing side one so much, I played side two - which also plays excellently well.
When I'm checking for damage on records, I look at them carefully with my reading glasses on, in good daylight. This method detects any bits of damage that will affect what you hear when listening to it - and lots that are not audible. Using a spotlight or direct sunlight shows more surfacey marks sometimes, but I don't do that - records are for listening to, not trying to see your face in.
Postage at cost within UK - £3.00 plus 50p for a proper record mailer with two stiffener sheets of cardboard (or whatever's appropriate). Happy to do combined postage wherever practical. I'll charge you what it costs me - so anything up to six (or so) LPs would still be the same charge, £3.50. I'm happy to send this overseas. See below for details, if bidding from outside UK - YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS STUFF.
Dispatch will usually be "next day".
Collection in person is welcome.
I don't mail things personally, to countries outside the UK - ( I mean it, don't ask) - but I am happy to use E-Bay UK's Global Shipping Program, for sending things abroad. Under this scheme, I send the parcel to an e-bay depot in UK, and they forward it to the overseas buyer.
They have a tracked courier service, for the journey from their UK depot, to the buyer.
This means that I can ONLY accept payments through e-bay (Pay Now button), and I can't send invoices. 
E-Bay UK tells me, they do NOT do combined postage in the Global Shipping Programme. Charges to the customer for delivery and customs charges are whatever you're told they are - if you don't want to pay the postal / courier charges individually for the items, then do not bid. HOWEVER, if you win several items, and pay for them all in the same payment, their system may well spot this and do combined postage. If this happens, pay what you're told, and I will refund the excess postage paid to me - if you buy three LPs, I would be getting three lots of £3.50, but I can send all in one parcel, so I only need one lot of £3.50, usually. The exception is, if the items you buy weigh more than 2 kilos altogether, I need to make two parcels - there is a special cheap postage rate in UK, for parcels under 2 kilos. Overseas customers - please DON'T request an invoice - I can't make one, and it screws-up the e-bay system.
International buyers should be able to see a postage cost to their country, you may have to input your location, if your country is included in the scheme.
If your country is not mentioned, please do not bid.

Applicable customs charges will probably be shown to buyers in non-EU countries - E-Bay collects customs duty for the receiving country, wherever import duty is appropriate. If you don't want to pay the customs charges, do not bid.
I don't send to China (because I prefer not to), and I also don't send to Japan, Brazil, Ecuador and Peru, as importation of vinyl records is not permitted in their customs regulations.
